Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These terms cover your use of the BETONBOX Android application, published by Hugo Software. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.
The app is free
BETONBOX is provided free of charge. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no advertising.
Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app itself, decompile or reverse engineer it, or remove any notices from it.
Your music is yours
Any audio you create with BETONBOX — patterns, songs and exported WAV files — belongs to you. Hugo Software claims no rights over it and never receives a copy. You may use your exported audio freely, including commercially.
You are responsible for what you make and share, and for making sure it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
No accounts, no cloud
The app stores your work only on your own device. We provide no backup, sync or recovery service. If you uninstall the app, clear its data, or lose the device, your projects are gone. Export anything you care about.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the app at any time. Updates are distributed through Google Play.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hugo Software is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or lost work, arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
